Amarela Resort will make available the best guest room \ price for the hotel (the "Best Price Guarantee"). "Amarela Resort Website" are the websites owned or operated by or on behalf of Amarela Resort bearing the logo and branding of Amarela Resort.

In the unlikely event that a lower price at Amarela Resort is made available on a non-Amarela Resort website (the "Competing Price"), upon its receipt of a claim that satisfies these Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions (the "BPG Terms"), Amarela Resort will honor that Competing Price and match it.

Terms and Conditions

For a claim to be eligible under the Best Price Guarantee:

PLEASE NOTE: You don\'t need to make a booking on the competitor website, just email the complete details of your claim to reservations@directwithhotels.com. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours from the receipt of the claim to verify its validity.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

To assure you of our commitment, we present this privacy policy outlining the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you (each, a “User”) as you browse, purchase and use our products and services on our website, www.amarelaresort.com (“Site”).

Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from you, the User, in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, when you visit our Site, make a reservation, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. For instance, to make a reservation, the User will be requested to provide information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information (credit card number, type, code and expiry date). Your e-mail address will receive your booking confirmation and other pertinent information about Amarela.

When the User makes a room reservation, we may ask for additional information such as travel details (arrival and departure dates and time, flight or ferry number) and particular preferences (special requests such as an extra bed) in order for us to serve you better during your stay.

The credit card information provided by the User will be verified by a reputable third party payment gateway system to complete the reservation transaction. The User may visit and browse our Site anonymously. Personal identification information will only be collected if you voluntarily and knowingly submit such information to us. Check-In and Stay at Amarela Resort

The personal identification information collected at the Site from the User will be made available to Amarela Resort to confirm and complete your room reservation. Additional data such as valid ID cards (such as driver’s licenses) or passport numbers may be requested to conform with local regulations. Upon arrival and check-in at the Resort, the information will be verified by our Front Office.

During your stay at Amarela, we will record and store your spending activity (such as room rate, F&B expenses) to create an itemized guest folio. This data is needed for our financial reporting, auditing and government requirements. Particulars such as your specific preferences and requests may also be stored in our property management system to facilitate quality and customized service for your potential visit in Amarela.

E-mail Fraud or Spam

Kindly be suspicious of any e-mail from Amarela Resort requesting sensitive information such as passwords, credit card numbers or identity card numbers. We recommend that you do not reply to the e-mail or click any of its internal links. Please contact us immediately for verification. If the e-mail is confirmed as fraudulent, we suggest you change your password and review your financial statements for any unauthorized charges. You may also alert your bank and local government online fraud agency.
